Ham, Broccoli & Cheese Crescent Pockets

Ham, Broccoli & Cheese Crescent Pockets (my version of a "HotPocket")

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked broccoli florets (Recommend: BirdsEye Steamfresh, just steam in microwave according to bag directions)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cubed fully cooked ham
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
8 Large Crescent Roll Triangles
 
 
On a greased cookie sheet lay out 4 of your Crescent Roll Triangles. 
 
Combine remainder of ingredients in a large bowl.  Spoon the mixture onto each of the triangles. 
 
Top each one with the remaining triangles and pinch the edges to seal. 
 
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until they're golden brown. 

If they're is leftover filling, you can fill some more triangles and bake and freeze them for a quick dinner later.  The amount of filling left will depend on how much you would like to put in each!
